From the time he called announcing he was on his way until he left, he was extremely professional, and I felt confident he would be able to fix the problem. He was very respectful of my place, being careful to take his shoes off when coming in. He made sure I was informed of the price of the services before he began working. He was very thorough, explaining everything he was doing in detail, down to the materials he was using.
