House main drain line was clogged, which they cleared out with the snake no problem. Unfortunately, our tank isn't draining into the leach field, and the plumber clearly explained what's going wrong with our system, and made sure we could still use our drain system until the septic tank and leach field could be investigated. Great customer service.

I started the process of booking an appointment for my clogged kitchen sink through their website, and it was incredibly easy to navigate—even for someone with zero plumbing experience. I booked their first morning appointment (9–11 a.m.), and at 8:45 a.m. I received a text with Chris’s location so I knew exactly who was arriving. As a stay-at-home mom with little ones, having someone working in the house can be stressful, but their communication made everything so much easier. Chris was kind, patient, and understanding while I explained everything we had already tried. He got right to work and fixed in under an hour what we had struggled with for two full days. Honestly, he saved our Thanksgiving! He also took the time to teach me the dos and don’ts of using a garbage disposal—and yes, the pasta I dumped down the drain was the culprit. I really appreciate feeling informed and in control when work is being done in my home, and Beach Town Plumbers made that possible with their time windows, friendly staff, knowledgeable plumbers, and great pricing. Even if I had bought the tools myself, I wouldn’t have completed the job correctly and might have caused more damage. When I asked about their service area, Chris mentioned they work all the way from Perdido Key to Miramar, which is an impressive stretch for a small team—but they truly make a stressful situation feel like a breeze. Their expertise goes far beyond kitchen clogs—they also handle water filtration, water heaters, natural gas, and more. We’ve saved their number for good. These guys are definitely our go-to from now on.

He let me see the camera so I could see what was inside of the pipes and he even helped me find a company to clean up the mess and was there when they arrived and convinced them to haul our old toilet away. Very happy with how quickly he figured out the problem and then immediately resolved it.
