I was scheduled quickly, and Charles, our tech, was actually early! He got the job done quickly, was friendly and professional, and left the bathroom clean. I told him the previous company said they replaced the bolts, but that I didn't think they did, and I was right; there weren't even any bolts! He also looked at one other problem for me and gave the rundown on what would need to be done for it as well. All in all, service was great, job was done quickly and professionally, and almost more importantly, I feel the pricing was very fair. I hope I don't need a plumber again, but if I do, I will be using Beach Town for sure!
