We wanted a descaler added. Zach came out, explained everything, provided a reasonable quote. A couple of days later he completed the job promptly. He was very nice. A couple of hours after he finished, the water heater started tripping the circuit breaker (not his fault), so he stopped by at 7 a.m. the next day to resolve the issue vs having us wait for days to get hot water back. Very satisfied with the service from Beach Town!
